Pulse Fitness completes £400,000 kit upgrade in Basingstoke
Pulse Fitness – the Pulse Group’s equipment arm – has completed a kit upgrade at Basingstoke Sports Centre, with £400,000 (US$502,500, €470,000) worth of new gear.
The fitness suite now boasts 150 stations of Pulse’s Series 3 cardio equipment, as well as strength kit and free-weights.
A bespoke functional training rig, which features a turf sled track and punch bags, as well as interactive CardioWalls have also been installed.
The group previously worked with Basingstoke Sports Trust, which manages the centre, to refurbish a disused cinema in Newbury in 2015 to create best fitness.
Richard Sheen, Pulse national sales manager, said: “We were delighted to work with Basingstoke Sports Trust once again, on this brand-new fitness equipment install.
“It was a great project to be involved in and having worked alongside them previously we understood exactly what the focus needed to be. With this knowledge our team have focused on giving members a modern, stylish gym with the very best fitness equipment and technology, and we look forward to strengthening our partnership with the Trust on future projects.”
