Vitastream undergoes update to be accessible to disabled users
The Vitapure Drinks company has updated its innovative Vitastream drinks system to make it more accessible for disabled gym users.
The new system features a remote touch-pad that enables disabled users to use Vitastream unaided.
"We are delighted to be the only company supplying sports hydration systems that have introduced access for wheelchair users," says managing director Ian Webb.
"We work very closely with gyms and leisure centres to help create an inclusive environment that eliminates physical barriers. The problem for wheelchair users was not being able to reach the interactive touch-screen to select their choice of vitamin enhanced water. This was solved by our clever technicians introducing a mouse touch-pad on the front of the unit. Now all members can enjoy better hydration in the gym," he adds.
In addition, the company has expanded its drinks range to include ionised alkaline water, which has antioxidant properties, and BCAA drinks, which contain Branch Chain Amino Acids, which can reduce muscle soreness and reduce exercise fatigue.
