As a Lifeguard you will have fantastic customer service and a passion for swimming and staying active. As well as supervising our members in the pool and poolside, you will support the operations team in keeping our centres clean and tidy, setting up for activity sessions and undertaking maintenance/building checks.

You will work a varying rotated pattern of shifts, which will require some evening and weekend work.

Hourly rate range for this role is £9.99 - £10.39 per hour.

Do you have:

- A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification?*

- Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation?

- A high standard of physical fitness?

- An awareness of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults?

To be considered for a Lifeguard position, you will need to be a strong swimmer, and have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills and be customer focussed with an enthusiastic approach, giving a positive and professional image at all times.

All employees will need to attend staff training programmes as required which may fall outside of the working shift pattern. This includes NPLQ as well as additional training sessions.
