Entrepreneur Robin Kirkland has opened the first FitHub-branded fitness facility above the Marks and Spencer store in central Reigate, Surrey.
The new affordable fitness concept will offer 10,000sq ft (929sq m) of space and will house 150 pieces of cardiovascular and strength equipment, as well as free weights.
FitHub memberships will start at £27 per month with no contract, while personal trainers are available at an additional cost. Other services include studio classes and virtual training. Studio classes feature total body workouts, spinning, and abs to boxing, Zumba and pilates.
It is also one of the first health clubs in the country to introduce the interactive fitness wall for fun training on your own or with friends.
The Sport Flex training system - which uses a variety of props - has been design to create a 'fun and stimulating' workout for individuals and groups and provides a full body workout.
Elsewhere, there will be a relaxation area and FitHub said it will "will facilitate a number of treatment rooms" available at preferential rates for relaxation or rehabilitation sessions.
A FitHub spokesperson said: "Whether you want to run, cycle, step, cross train or row we've got the kit to help you achieve your aims."
