Leisure management contractor, SLM, has launched H2Go, a programme devised to provide swimmers with a more worthwhile experience in the pool.

Working in conjunction with customers, swimming teachers and equipment suppliers, Zoggs, SLM has designed H2Go to appeal to all ages and abilities and to attract new customers as well as retain the interest of existing ones.

The scheme is divided into four experiences – Calm & Stretch, for people who want to swim at their own pace; Shape Up & Tone, to improve general health and well being; Fitness, designed to improve cardio-vascular fitness and the development of upper-body strength; and Performance, for serious swimmers wanting to improve both stroke and performance.

H2Go also features the exclusive ‘free’ use of swimming equipment to help improve exercise time in the pool. This will be stored at the poolside along with programme cards, general health and exercise information. Additionally, key staff have been trained to give advice.
