Alliance merges with PTE
Facility development company Alliance Leisure has merged with PTE.
The company will continue to operate as before, but as a division of PTE group – which also includes Physique, Physique Sports, ZigZag and Home Fitness Direct.
Alliance managing director Sarah Watts will retain her role, but also take a seat on the PTE main board of directors.
Graham Bertrand, managing director of PTE said: “The skill set of Alliance Leisure in innovation and marketing flair, combined with the robust structure and organisation of PTE, provides a strong recipe for success.
“The new company will be able to offer a wider range of solutions, such as partnering children’s activity facilities, and a more integrated approach.”
