Aquarius and Genus new from Link
Storage specialist Link Lockers introduced two new products at Leisure Industry Week recently.
Centrepiece of the company’s stand was its new Aquarius range of aluminium lockers, designed to be suitable for all wet changing room environments, be they public swimming baths, schools, health centres or private sports facilities.
The structure of the locker is based on a one piece ‘wrap-around’ section which forms both the sides and the back of each unit. This type of design is claimed to not only make installation easier but also to remove potential dust traps and making them straightforward to clean.
The door comes as a single piece and this can be specified in a range of colours. A choice of ASSA coin locks or ASSA deadlocks are available and an electronic version is set to join the range shortly.
Also featured at the show was Link’s new range of Genus lockers. These are constructed from Vitrathene™ polypropylene and designed to handle the demands of busy changing areas. They are resistant to both water and chlorine, can withstand cleaning with a pressure washer and have corrosion-free hinges and locks.
Specification can be for up to four compartments, each of them featuring the Keepsafe™ locking system which can be operated by any of key and cam, lock and hasp or coin return/coin retain mechanisms.
