Arianna Huffington to deliver keynote at IHRSA 2015
IHRSA has announced a diverse mix of keynote speakers for the association’s 34th Annual International Convention & Trade Show in Los Angeles next year, with media mogul Arianna Huffington the standout selection.
Huffington, who became president & editor-in-chief of Huffington Post Media Group when it was sold to AOL for US$315m (€249m, £197m) in 2011, will produce a keynote under the theme ‘Redefining Success: The Third Metric That Can Benefit Your Bottom Line.’
Other speakers at the event – which runs from 11-14 March 2015 – include author and trendspotter Magnus Lindkvist, who delivered an electrifying session at the recent ukactive Flame conference in Telford, UK. The Swede will discuss ‘Thinking About the Future in an Uncertain World’, while there will also be keynotes from New york Times business columnist Adam Bryant, plus Stanford University lecturer and author Kelly McGonigal.
The full four-day IHRSA Convention takes place from Wednesday morning (11 March) through to Saturday afternoon (14 March). The Trade Show takes place on two days – Thursday 12 March and Friday 13 March.
“We are thrilled to announce this exciting keynote speaker lineup for IHRSA 2015, as the IHRSA Convention has become well-known for delivering fantastic keynote speakers that energise and motivate our entire industry,” said IHRSA president and CEO Joe Moore.
In addition to a keynote on each of the convention’s four days, IHRSA 2015 attendees will also experience a wide-ranging line-up of leading industry presenters, social events, summits and the trade show.
