Badminton scheme launched in Wiltshire

No Strings Badminton is designed to drive up participation

DC Leisure has joined forces with Wiltshire Council and Badminton England to launch the new No Strings Badminton franchise at leisure centres in Trowbridge and Melksham.

Trowbridge Leisure Centre and Christie Miller Leisure Centre will host badminton sessions on a pay and play basis in a bid to increase participation and fitness levels. DC Leisure sports development manager Jane Davies said: "Collaborating with Badminton England and Wiltshire Council, we have been able to further diversify our programme schedule and engage with novice sport enthusiasts."
