Bodysense, the health and leisure clubs within Paramount Group hotels, has introduced a dedicated gym clinic available free of charge to members and hotel guests.

The clinic has been launched to improve member knowledge and will concentrate on fat burning, circuit training, interval training, muscle tone, stretching and flexibility and CV.

The sessions will last for an hour and take place once a week.

Group Bodysense manager, Peter Treharne, said: “The Bodysense gym clinic is an excellent learning and motivational tool for all people wishing to improve health and fitness.

“Spending hours on the treadmill every week is all well and good but can become monotonous, the gym clinic offers alternative all-round exercise programmes to our members,” he said.

Paramount Group operates 16 luxury hotels throughout the UK, 13 of which feature Bodysense clubs including swimming pools, spas, saunas, steamrooms and beauty treatment rooms as well as Technogym-equipped fitness suites.
