A new studio now open at Brandon Leisure Centre aims to attract serious trainers with its latest equipment.

Studio 2 is a new studio converted from one of the old squash courts and it is intended to support the regular fitness studio. This is a free weights and functional training studio, including top of the range York Olympic benches, bars and weights, and dumbbells up to 50kg. It is also fitted with a large heavy duty punch bag and the latest TRX suspension training system. Use of the facility is included within the Premier Active membership package.

Izzy Croker, Health and Fitness Manager, says: "Our refurbished fitness studio is receiving rave reviews from customers and is perfect for general use but Studio 2 pushes training to the next level for those who are really serious about what they want to achieve."
