Breamish adds fitness suite

Breamish Valley Cottages holiday complex in Alnwick, Northumberland, has added a new health and fitness suite to its facilities.

The new facilities include a heated 40ft (12m) swimming pool, sauna, steamroom and a gym supplied by SportsArt Fitness.

The gym has a range of cv stations, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, an X-trainer and steppers, as well as a free weights and resistance areas.

Peter Moralee, owner of Breamish Valley Cottages, said: "Experience shows that adding leisure facilities and quality fitness equipment to a premier accommodation complex can add a winning dimension to attract visitors. The installation has been a great success with customers."
