The number of visitors to the REPs website continues to grow with over 25,000 ‘unique’ address hits being recorded every month. The REPs is currently in consultation with Leisure-net Solutions regarding the update of the website to make it more user friendly.

Cliff Collins, registrar, says: “Our aim is to make it much easier to navigate the site and to provide faster access to all search areas. The endorsed training and qualifications pages will be well maintained to provide a valuable resource for fitness professionals looking to enhance their CPD portfolio and industry qualifications.”

A second phase of development will follow, allowing registered fitness professionals access to personal CPD records and information about re-registering. In a third phase the website will provide a valuable signposting service, directing the user to training and career development opportunities.
