It has been confirmed the first Johnny G In-Trinity Center will open in California before the end of the year, with more US and international locations coming on stream next year.

This will be the first club in the world to introduce In-Trinity in its pure format. This is a proprietary training system developed by Johnny G, creator of Spinning and Kranking.

The In-Trinity training board is being manufactured and distributed by Matrix. It allows training on an incline and decline, building strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and agility. The negative space under the board gives access to movements not possible before.

“Advocates of yoga, Pilates and the martial arts will love the In-Trinity board, as it redefines the training environment for these traditional practices that have been practiced on the floor for centuries,” said Johnny G. “A healthy body cultivates a healthy mind and a healthy mind motivates us to maintain a healthy body through positive life choices.”

Following the launch of this club, the In-Trinity Board and Training Program will be rolled out globally, with Matrix Fitness, with classes being launched all over the world in partner facilities and future clubs.
