The Spa Metropole by Givenchy at The Hotel Metropole in Monte Carlo has announced a collaboration with Cecilia Rollen to launch a new series of experiences at the spa.

With an emphasis on personalisation, Rollen – a blogger and "lifestyle coach" also known as Cherished Nomad – has developed a range of programmes designed to change guests daily habits for long term health benefits. Experiences on offer include holistic lifestyle body and nutrition coaching and personalised yoga and pilates sessions.

Spa manager William Cardelin, said: we hope to be able to introduce our customers to a more holistic approach to beauty through the "Cherished Nomad" concept starting this autumn.

"This approach will allow guests to experiment with personalised diagnosis with an adapted programme. More than a specific training, it is an experience aimed at changing daily habits for a healthier lifestyle in the long term through holistic lifestyle coaching based on meditation, nutrition, fitness and counselling.”
