Constellation Software, Inc., has acquired Springer-Miller Systems, Inc., a provider of hospitality management systems to hotels, resorts and spas. Springer-Miller Systems will operate under the Jonas Group of companies within Constellation.

Founded in 1984, Springer-Miller Systems operates the Atrio Guest Experience Management platform, the SMS|Host Hospitality Management System and SpaSoft, a spa and activities management solution.

Following a transition period with the management of Constellation, Hall will hand over leadership of Springer-Miller Systems to Barry Symons, CEO of Jonas Software.
