Cut out Christmas cards and help more people escape the cycle of homelessness
Christmas may seem a long way off, but planning is already underway for the UK's national charity for single homeless people, Crisis.
Crisis is asking companies to 'Cut out Christmas Cards' and donate their Christmas card budget to Crisis instead. In return for this gesture you will receive major public acknowledgement, as all companies who make the donation will be featured in two double page adverts in the Financial Times, as well as featuring on FT.com.
Crisis will also provide you with a fantastic video e-card alternative Christmas card which you can send out, fully personalised, on behalf of your company.
2009 is the 14th year that the Financial Times has supported Crisis and in that time nearly £7m has been raised. This year Crisis needs to raise £650,000 to help thousands of homeless men and women turn their lives around this Christmas.
Make your Christmas card budget work harder this year and display your commitment to social responsibility even in the most testing of economic climates.
