Raffles International, the hotel management arm of Raffles Holdings, has signed an agreement with Tornimäe Hotel to operate a new hotel in the Estonian capital Tallinn.

The deal for Raffles to manage the 239-room Swissôtel Tallinn was made through its Estonian subsidiary, Osaühing Evans Kinnisvara.

The property, expected to open in early 2007, is the second hotel contract in Eastern Europe for Raffles – the Swissôtel Riverside Towers in Moscow, Russia, is scheduled to open this May.
