Wandsworth Council has announced that it has received a planning application for a mixed-use redevelopment of the Market Towers office building in Nine Elms, London.

A hotel and a public square with shops, restaurants and cafés are planned as part of the One Nine Elms scheme, which has been designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.

CIT and Green Properties are behind the plans, which will complement a number of projects across the Nine Elms regeneration area. More than 400 homes will also be included.
