GRAVITY extends offering
Four programmes are being rolled out for owners and operators to consider when using the GRAVITYSystem equipment in their health clubs and gyms.
The programmes have been specifically designed for use with GRAVITY’s functional training kit to pull in new members, gain loyalty from existing members and offer a unique, result-driven experience in resistance training.
There are four key parts to the GRAVITYSystem business - namely, programming, equipment, trainer education and marketing support. GRAVITYSystem can offer a complete turnkey operation for gyms and health clubs, to maximize the benefits of the functional bodyweight training it offers and the return on investment.
GTS is the equipment part of GRAVITY. Providing clubs with the ability to offer a wide range of exercise disciplines from one product, including 30-minute strength training classes, Pilates, small group personal training sessions and post-rehab programming.
Creating an unrestricted free flow of multi-plane movement that recruits multiple muscle groups synergistically while working the core stabilizers, the Total Gym GTS system provides over 200 bio-mechanically correct exercises, making it an extremely versatile piece of equipment.
Incline Resistance Training on GTS provides a workout and results that cannot be achieved on any other piece of equipment. Quite literally, participants use their body weight as resistance against the pull of gravity.
