Gladstone Health and Leisure has launched a ‘hosted’ membership management software package.

The system links to Gladstone’s main server and offers access to its Plus2 software and associated products, such as online bookings, as well as applications like desktop computer software. It is managed every day of the year.

The package has been adopted by Soho House private members' club for its 10 global houses and hotel.

Bernice Coyle, Soho House group membership director, said: “It saves us costs on the maintenance of our system as well as calls to our external IT company’s helpline. We can now offer a better customer service too. In the past, when the system went down the Houses overseas could not use it out of UK office hours, but this is no longer be an issue. We now have a far more reliable system – backed up and fail proof.”
