A new fitness club with a heavy emphasis on group classes has opened in London's Fitzrovia.

Egoist Body Studios has no traditional gym equipment but rather offers a wide range of workouts, exercise and dance lessons in three supervised and spacious classes.

The club is open to men and women of all ages who are able to choose from a range of aerobics, dance, yoga and pilates classes. According to owner Lina Petraityte, the club is looking to expand its class offering by adding a number of fitness-based classes.

There are no membership fees and customers are able to book into classes for a flat fee of £15 an hour.
