There are still some places available for a morning seminar focusing on health and safety issues due to be held at Wickwoods Hotel and Country Club in West Sussex next week.
The cost of the seminar is only £10 per person inc. vat, and will cover the following:
• Fire Risk Assessments, including details of new guidelines for inspectors.
• Food Issues, including the labelling of food content on menus.
• Health and Safety Issues, including future changes to the rules concerning gas interlocks.
John Dyson, Food and Technical Affairs Consultant to the British Hospitality Association (BHA), and Mark Forbes, of patron supplier Stuart Alexader, will address members at the Wickwoods Hotel and Country Club on Wednesday 17 January 2007.
The seminar is open to all members, particularly local hospitality association members and smaller guest accommodation operators.
The seminar will begin with registration at 10am and is expected to last until 12.30pm.
Attendees will also have time to put questions to John and Mark on the issues covered, or any other health and safety related issues not covered on the day.
Refreshments will be provided, and the cost for the morning seminar will be £10 including vat. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
