Premier Inn partners with Hussle – rolls out gym access across its 800 hotels
Budget hotel operator Premier Inn has signed a nationwide partnership with online fitness marketplace Hussle, which will see all Premier Inn guests gain access to Hussle's network of gyms.
The deal will see Premier Inn will feature Hussle in its reservation process, point of sale within hotel reception and communal areas – including digital adverts – and within all in-room welcome packs.
Guests will be offered flexible access to gyms in return for Premier Inn promoting the partnership to visitors.
The official signing of the partnership will see all 800 Premier Inn hotels taking part and follows a successful pilot scheme at 50 Premier Inn locations.
As part of the deal, Hussle also intends to bring on new gym partners in areas served by Premier Inn hotels.
It is the latest partnership secured by Hussle as it looks to leverage its network of gyms and to expand its services into new areas.
"We are looking to target Premier Inn's business travel clientele, who have a higher frequency of stays per location," said Lawrence King, Hussle's head of commercial partnerships,
Hussle - formerly called PayAsUGym – was first launched in 2011. It currently has nearly 3,000 gyms and health clubs in its network, which includes a number of major operators, including Nuffield Health, Bannatyne Health Clubs, SLM and Places for People Leisure.
