Langham Hotels International (LHI) has teamed up with online hotel provider TravelClick to centralise its online hotel bookings using the iHotelier central reservation system.

The system also features iStay, which allows guests to book hotel amenities and services at the same time as booking their hotel stay.

The new system will be implemented on the websites of all LHI hotels as well as its affiliate property – the Eaton Hotel in Hong Kong.

Brett Butcher, LHI senior vice president of sales & marketing said: “iHotelier makes online bookings much easier for our guests. With a single click, room availability and rates are displayed clearly on one screen. It is a powerful tool to differentiate Langham in the e-market.

“With iHotelier’s powerful platform and our enhanced e-distribution strategy, we will achieve 10 per cent of all our room revenue from bookings made through our own website. This will grow to 30 per cent by the end of the decade.”
