Limber up to healthy ways
Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK) Trust will hold Scotland's largest yog health workshop at Glasgow's SECC in July.
Supporting Scotland's campaign for good health, the Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK) Trust event is expected to draw thousands of participants from across the UK and beyond.
Representing the only Scottish date, the six-day event to be held from 19-24 July will be led by yog practitioner Swami Ramdev Ji, whose ability to simplify yog techniques has provided numerous health benefits to millions world-wide.
Following a series of highly successful free yog classes throughout the Glasgow area in addition to the recent launch of the upcoming yoga event in July, the Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK) Trust is confident that the workshop in July will serve as a catalyst to
encourage healthy living throughout Scotland.
