Matrix Fitness is to supply Village Hotels' 25 health clubs with top-of-the-range fitness equipment in a £450,000 deal.

Twenty-two sites will each receive three treadmills featuring Virtual Active by Matrix, a video-based entertainment programme, allowing gym users to select an iconic destination to follow. They will also receive free-weight benches and Functional Trainers.

Two LIVESTRONG® by Matrix S-Series indoor cycles and two MyRide consoles will be installed into all 25 sites. Village Hotels is part of the De Vere Group, which has partnered with Matrix before having installed equipment at all 15 of its Greens Health and Fitness sites, plus the De Vere Venues Harben site near Milton Keynes.

Village is now investing to update its current equipment offering, with the main focus on providing clients with innovative pieces of equipment as well as improving functional training areas.
