Sports footwear and apparel brand Merrell, has teamed up with Gore-tex to create two new sports footwear products.

The Merrell Gore-tex ConnectFit range, including the Proterra and Ascend Glove designs, has been created to provide natural glove-like fit with breathability and waterproof performance.

The layers underfoot are minimised to allow the shoe to contour the foot, designed to give flexibility around key areas of the foot to let it move more naturally within the shoe.

Gore-tex technology is used to provide waterproof and breathable performance for moderate and warmer conditions, and for high aerobic-output activities including running.
