New Dublin spa biggest in city centre
A new spa covering three storeys of the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, Ireland, is the largest in the city's centre.
Spa at The Shelbourne, which opened early last month, features six treatment rooms, a space dedicated to manicures and pedicures and an additional suite catering to pairs who want to share their spa experience.
It also features a swimming pool, thermal facilities, a dance studio and fitness club.
The spa features products by Pevonia and Elemis as well as skin care and home ambience brand Panpuri and artisan perfumer Cloon Keen.
General manager of The Shelbourne, Stephen Hanley, said the spa is "another string to the bow" of the Dublin hotel, which is also home to a health club, three restaurants and a bar.
The 246-room hotel, now part of the Marriott group, opened in 1824 and overlooks Dublin's St. Stephen's Green.
