A new multi-use games area is to be built as part of a £5.5m project to provide new facilities at St Crispin's School in Wokingham, Berkshire.

Wokingham Borough Council's executive backed the scheme at its meeting on 27 January, which follows a 2006 review of the school's provision by consultants Atkins. The multi-use games area will help the school to increase opportunities for sports activites, while a new science block and revamped teaching spaces are also planned.
