Technogym UK has announced that Steve Barton has been promoted to the role of managing director.

Having previously been UK sales director, Barton makes the step up to replace former MD Andrea Bianchi, who is leaving the business.

Barton boasts more than 20 years of fitness industry experience and has been a long-serving member of the Technogym UK team, joining in 2003 as national field sales manager.

“Having worked at Technogym for over 10 years I’m really proud to be offered this

opportunity to significantly grow Technogym UK and promote our brand and philosophy,” said Barton.

“2015 was a successful year for us, and I’m really looking forward to further building on this success in 2016.”
