Premier Inn, the budget hotel chain, has opened its 500th UK hotel in Bournemouth.

The new 98-room hotel, which also has a restaurant and bar, is located within 10 minutes’ walk of the city centre and 15 minutes’ walk from the seafront.

Patrick Dempsey, Premier Inn’s managing director, said: “We’re delighted to be the first UK hotel chain to reach the landmark of 500 hotels nationwide and look forward to welcoming guests to our newest hotel in Bournemouth.”
