PureGym launching three new group exercise classes on National Fitness Day
PureGym has launched three new fitness classes which both members and non-members will be able to try out on National Fitness Day (24 September).
With demand for group fitness at an all-time high, PureGym has refreshed its class timetable with three new additions. Designed for all fitness levels, Strike is an MMA-inspired non-contact group fitness class that combines high-intensity cardio and functional training. It includes easy to follow punches, kicks and combos, targeting cardio, strength and agility.
Step is a choreographed cardio workout using a step, with an emphasis on fun.
Pump is targeted at those looking to build muscle or burn fat and uses weights to give an all over workout.
Guests can obtain a free day pass to any of the UK's 435 PureGym sites on National Fitness Day through the website using the code OPENDAY.
James Gauduchon, group customer and marketing director at PureGym says: “National Fitness Day is about inspiring as many people as possible to enjoy the benefits of being active, which is why we’re proud to open our doors to everyone to celebrate this occasion.
“Alongside free access to our gyms, we’re delighted to be launching three new classes to reflect evolving members’ needs and make group fitness more accessible.
“We’re excited to welcome members and thousands of first-time visitors through our doors to trial the new classes and fantastic facilities on offer.”
