All 27,000-plus Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) members have been invited to take part in a member satisfaction survey to assess all aspects of the Register; including the registration process, services such as the training portal offered by REPs, the annual fee and how well they feel the Register supports their interests as fitness professionals.

Former members have also been invited to take part and share their thoughts on the Register.

The survey will be conducted independently by SkillsActive's Research team to guarantee you anonymity.

The results will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of practice.

SkillsActive will report the aggregated results to REPs, and no individual responses will be identified.
