A new Coaching Resource Centre has been launched in Norfolk.

The resource centre is designed to provide coaches and those training to be coaches with books, cds and videos to help develop their knowledge and skills in their sport.

The centre has been set up jointly by Norfolk Sports Alliance, Sport England East and the Millennium Library – which provided funding.

Norfolk Sports Alliance, a partnership established to deliver the Active Sports programme for the county is working towards the development o coaches and clubs. In association with Sport England and Sports Coach UK, it is providing opportunities to achieve National Governing Body Awards and work towards nationally accredited schemes.
