More clubs are to take part in the 2011 Co-operative Rugby League Conference, following meetings between existing clubs, potential entrants and the Rugby Football League (RFL).

The summer-based competition, which covers England, Scotland and Wales, featured more than 100 clubs in 2010 and is to grow further. Dan Steel, RFL regional manager for London and the South East, said: "We have received expressions of interest from clubs new at National level and geographical expansion will continue in the pyramid below that."
