Santé Winelands Wellness Centre and Hotel in South Africa is to open Villa Caprice, a day spa situated adjacent to its existing wellness centre, in June and has revealed further details about its new restaurant that has just opened, Cadeaux.

Villa Caprice will feature four couples suites, each with private baths, and a series of customised activities for small groups. Santé also intends to introduce a Junior Spa-rty concept and Teenage Pamper Parties, both for younger guests, soon.

Plans for a separate Junior Wellness Centre have also now been approved for the property, with construction due to begin shortly and expected to be completed within the next six months.

Meanwhile, the menu at the spa’s Cadeaux restaurant has been specifically designed to meet the dietary requirements of spa guests and has been created by chef de cuisine, Claire Gunn.

Produce is sourced locally from organic markets and nearby farms and grapes will also play a major role in the cusine at the restaurant as they do in the spa – grapes and grape products are used in the facility’s signature anti-ageing treatment Vinotherapy.

Santé Winelands opened in 2003 and is located in South Africa’s Paarl-Franschhoek valley.
