Somerset health club completes installation of Trixter bikes

theclub at Cadbury House, one of the largest independent health clubs in the south west, has installed four new Trixter X-dream indoor bikes, following a £24,000 investment.
Members will be able to replicate the feel of riding a bicycle in an outdoor environment, with the machines featuring real gears, brakes, handlebars and four different terrain settings.
Virtual screens allow the user to see where they are in relation to those on other bikes, which allows for racing against each other in order to make the workout more competitive.
theclub manager Jason Eaton said: "We're constantly looking for ways to improve our members' experience and is why we have invested in these new bikes."
The facility - located at a DoubleTree by Hilton-operated hotel in Congresbury, Somerset - also features Technogym and Star Trac equipment, while offering a wide range of classes.
In addition to theclub's health and fitness provision, its sister component - thespa - boasts a number of private treatment rooms, including a couples' suite.
