German chain, Elements, announces two sites in Frankfurt, combining fitness and wellness
Premium German health and fitness chain Elements is set to open two new clubs in Frankfurt in the coming months, bringing its total number of clubs in the city to three.
Elements Eschborn is currently in the pre-opening phase and is slated to open in late autumn 2015. At 5,200sq m, it will be the biggest club in the chain so far.
Indoor facilities will include a 2,300sq m wellness area with bio sauna, steambath and relaxation areas, as well as a ladies-only wellness zone. Outside there will be a Finnish sauna, relaxation pool, training pool and a sunbathing area. Treatments including massage are also available.
Meanwhile, a 1,200sq m gym will offer 150 stations, functional and boxing areas. A wide range of classes will also be available, including indoor cycling, capoeira and yoga.
To help members achieve the results they want, Elements has developed a goal-orientated, motivational workout programme in conjunction with scientists at the University of Zurich.
Additional member services at the new club will include a coffee and espresso bar and childcare services.
The third Frankfurt club, Elements Henninger Turm, will open its doors next year. Facilities are yet to be announced, but it will have a rooftop pool with a view over the Frankfurt skyline. This will be the seventh in the chain; the other clubs are located in Munich and Stuttgart.
Membership costs depend on the length of contract signed: €125 for one month, decreasing to €85 a month for a 24-month contract.
