Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (THFC) has unveiled its revised plans for the Northumberland Development Project (NDP), which is set to include a new stadium.

The proposals - due to be submitted to Haringey Council - have been improved following consultation with English Heritage and the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment, as well as other agencies. In addition to a new 56,250-seat stadium, the plans now boast a redesigned southern area of the site to provide a new vision for the proposed hotel and residential buildings.

An enlarged public square on a raised podium extending from the High Road to Worcester Avenue; a new courtyard setting for retained listed buildings and a new club store with museum form part of the KSS-designed scheme. Meanwhile, the Grade II-listed Warmington House and three other historic properties will be refurbished and brought back into use, while the club's Bill Nicholson Gates and Golden Cockerel statue will be re-used within the new public realm.

THFC chair Daniel Levy said: "We have looked again at the overall masterplan and design of buildings in the south, as well as the impact on Tottenham High Road. We have used this opportunity to make further design improvements to the scheme. "Schemes of this magnitude involve much time and effort by many parties and we are extremely grateful to everyone who has taken part in the consultation process to date."
