Dubai, UAE-based developer Emaar Properties is to build a new luxury hotel close to Dubai's Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower.

The hotel will be managed under the Address Hotels + Resorts brand - Emaar's premium hotel brand - and is set feature 200 rooms, 542 serviced apartments and a luxury spa.

To be called The Address The BLVD, the hotel is scheduled to open in 2015 and exact details of the facilities are expected to be confirmed later this year.

At 63 storeys and 340 metres tall, the hotel will become one of the tallest hotels in the world.

The property will be the sixth The Address-branded hotel by Emaar,
