Nigel Armstrong has been promoted to operations director at Bannatyne Fitness in order to aid the company’s rapid expansion programme.

Armstrong has been with the company since its inception in 1996 and has worked across the full spectrum of the business including finance, commercial and operations functions.

He said: “I am keen to focus on developing the customer service standards we offer and moving the business forward. This ranges from the facilities and the look of the clubs to the quality of personal service our members get from our staff.”
