L'Occitane strengthens Accor partnership with new wellness concept at Dubai spa
French luxury brand L'Occitane en Provence has strengthened its partnership with hotel giant Accor with the launch of a new wellness concept at the Sofitel Dubai The Palm hotel.
The newly renovated 2,500sq m Sofitel Spa with L'Occitane offers an integrated and holistic wellbeing journey featuring a wide range of therapies, combining ancient traditions, therapies, music and treatments from around the world.
The spa includes 28 treatment rooms, hammam facilities, a steamroom, a sauna and female and male relaxation rooms. There is also an infinity pool with striking views of the Palm Jumeirah.
Signature treatments at the spa include the Rejuvenating Experience, Exhilarating Experience and custom spa rituals such as the 90-minute Journey to Arabia, which combines a body massage and rose-fragranced body scrub with massage. The treatment costs AED810 (US$221, €204, £172).
Catherine Tran, director of spa business development at Spa L’Occitane, said: "Sofitel Dubai The Palm is a wonderful destination to showcase our interpretation of holistic wellbeing inspired by nature.
"We're truly honoured with this partnership and look forward to launching our latest spa innovations supported by experienced professionals, committed to delivering our immersive and meaningful brand experience."
Separately, L'Occitane has also opened the Spa L’Occitane at Dubai Hills – the group's first spa to be located in a Dubai mall.
Featuring two treatment cabins, the spa design has been inspired by the art-de-vivre of Provence and offers treatments using L’Occitane's signature beauty products that are rich in natural and organic ingredients of certified origin.
