Paramount Hotels and Resorts has partnered with DAMAC Properties to develop the first Paramount-branded hotel in the Burj Khalifa area, Dubai that will open in 2015.

DAMAC Towers by Paramount will feature a 540-room luxury hotel and more than 1,400 units of serviced hotel residences.

The four towers which make up DAMAC Towers by Paramount are brought together with a multi-level plaza, offering wellness and fitness centres, a selection of themed food and beverage concepts, meeting and events facilities, a screening room, swimming pools and retail outlets. Each tower stretches over 250m (820ft) into the air.

The billion-dollar project is currently under construction, and once completed by the end of 2015, will provide views the Burj Khalifa and easy access to The Dubai Mall.
