Wagamama considers £200m floatation
By Luke Tuchscherer 01 Oct 2007
Wagamama, the Japanese restaurant chain, is reportedly considering a £200m stock market floatation.
The Sunday Times reported that the company was in talks with advisers regarding entering the London Stock Exchange.
The company is owned by Lion Capital, a private equity house that bought the chain in 2005 for around £100m. Wagamama’s value has since doubled.
