Escape Fitness raises its levels with new step products
Escape’s new Deck 2.0 is designed to be used in three different modes Step, Ramp and Bench.
The Deck 2.0 has 16 different configurations, and can be used for step, bodyweight, plyometric, resistance and strength exercises, with fast transitions between each style for fast-paced group workouts.
The different settings are quickly achieved by changing the position of the legs and backrest. It also features an anti-slip rubber top surface, adjustable backrest supported by strong steel tubing for extra strength and user confidence during weight training, integrated storage for quick access to hand weights or resistance bands and as a weight bench it functions at 30°, 45° and 70° angles.
The Escape Deck 2.0 features target zones for stepping and Bodypump sessions, and the entire length of the platform is used, with targets ensuring users have their hands and feet in the right place.
Two height options – 205mm (low step) and 355mm (high step) – provide various difficulty options for beginners and more advanced users.
