Gantner launches new automated card dispensing machine
As the availability of online fitness offerings continues to grow, many clubs are considering technology as a cost-effective solution to further automate operations and reduce overhead costs. To complement online membership sales, Gantner has launched its new automated membership card dispensing machine.
Imagine providing membership cards without the need for staff, queues, or administrative burden. The new GAT Card Dispensing machine from Gantner makes this a reality.
Here’s how it works. New members can purchase a membership either online or in-person. After successful payment, a customer receives a pin that is later used at the dispensing machine to pick up their new, membership card. With a seamless integration of Gantner’s technology with your club’s POS and management software, automating the process of selling online memberships has never been easier.
Gantner’s additional solutions for access control, electronic locking for lockers, and cashless payment present an opportunity to invest in an expandable Near-Field-Communication (NFC) platform across your entire club. Depending upon a platform’s configuration, NFC membership cards can be used for check-in, lockers, access control to VIP areas or daycares, cashless vending, and more.
The robust GAT Card Dispensing Station can be easily filled with up to 550 cards and can be customized with a facility’s logo and design. Thanks to the new GAT Card Dispensing machine, eliminating administrative costs with automated technology is both easy and secure.
