Arena Stadia Seating has won the contract to refit West Ham United's Upton Park stadium with seating in its new West Stand, as well as the Bobby Moore Stand and Centenary Stand extensions. Work has begun to install the 15,500 seats in the team's trademark claret and blue colours. The contract is the first major charge for the newly-formed company since the merger between Arena Seating and Metalliform Products. Sales director Dave Withey sees the contract as a landmark for the company: I am delighted that the first project for the joint venture is at a high profile Premiership ground like Upton Park.
