Jordan Fitness has introduced the water-filled CorMax range to give athletes and fitness enthusiasts another tool in developing and maintaining a strong, stable core.

Drawing on many muscle groups in just one exercise, the CorMax bag is filled with water and as the water sloshes side to side it pulls and pushes the user in every direction, triggering the stabilising core muscles.

The less water in the CorMax products the harder they are to control. The more water the heavier they become and more stable.
