Keeping sports surfaces in prime condition

Experienced in all aspects of natural or artificial sports surface drainage, attenuation, irrigation and construction, Cleveland Land Services (CLS) recently worked with Willmott Dixon on a design and build project at Acklam Grange School, Middlesborough.
Work within this project included the construction of four football pitches and a cricket square – using a hydraulically-controlled AFT100 Chain Trencher to construct 60mm piped sand slits. These feed excess water into 160mm collector drains before entering the main drains.
